Using the service

IMGCutter is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may process your own images, and images you have the right to process. You may not use the service to handle material that is unlawful, or that you do not hold the necessary rights to.

Your files stay yours

All processing happens in your browser. We never receive your files, never store them, and claim no rights over them of any kind. We cannot show them to anyone, hand them to anyone, or lose them, because they never reach us in the first place.

No accounts, no stored data

There are no user accounts and we keep no records about the people who use the site. Any settings you change are held in your browser for your convenience and never sent anywhere. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Image compression is lossy by nature and permanently discards data. Always keep your original files — do not rely on this or any other tool as your only copy of an image that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
